Is There Such a Thing as a Halftime Show Workout?

If you’re like most Americans who enjoy football, then you probably eat chips and talk trash while the halftime show is playing. Of course you do, since there is hardly anything interesting happening during intermission. However, have you ever thought about exercising during halftime? Oh no! Who would want to go to a gym or go to their fitness training room and miss a second of the Big Game?

On the contrary, you could use this brief intermission to exercise your body and never have to miss a minute of what’s happening on TV. Just think of all that pent-up energy you have, whether your favorite team is winning or losing, and how you could put it to productive use. No, you may not have time to go to a gym, nor would you want to tear yourself away from the family. However, what if you had a fun and easy-to-use exercising device that was effective and silent—allowing you the perfect exercise regimen?

This is the appeal of the Bodyblade, a top-selling device that is reactive and oscillates providing inertia to generate resistance. The Bodyblade can generate up to 270 muscle contractions in one minute. By pulling and pushing on the apparatus, users can accelerate this flexing “blade” and create a force by the amount of flex of the blade. This device is not only a workout for your arms, but also builds the body from the center out. All the muscles throughout the body including your abs, chest and shoulders get a great workout. The Bodyblade can increase your heart rate, promote the flow of blood and burn excess calories. (That you gain during the pre-game show!)

Best of all, you use the Bodyblade while standing in a comfortable position. You simply start “driving” the blade by taking it in your hand or hands and shaking it. Doing so and with a progressive intensity level will help to hone all of your muscles, including your chest, back, shoulders, abs and legs. This exercise regimen makes it easy for you to change positions and focus on the core of your body. You can get 270 contractions worth of exercise every minute, for a total combined time of 5-10 minutes. That won’t even prevent you from missing the halftime show!
